O2 are no longer issuing these sims so when they're gone they're gone - order now to avoid disappointment! 

Once your sim is activated (topped up) you will be able to remain on the tariff and will not be expected to change to a different tariff. Your top up lasts until you use it and doesn't expire at the end of the month.

Note: Top up is not included. UK only. 

The O2 Classic tariff gives you these set rates:

  • 3p a minute to any UK network

  • 2p a text to any UK network

  • 1p a megabyte of 4G data

  • PERFECT FOR TRACKERS etc.

All sims are supplied in new and sealed network retail packs.

Top up is not included on the sim but you can top up over the phone using any credit or debit card, or by top up voucher available from most supermarkets, filling stations, newsagents and O2 stores.

If you're a light user why should you have to top up every month? Use what you want when you need to and only top up when your credit runs out.

(Note: A minimum top up of £10 at least once every 6 months is required to keep your sim active.)

O2 are one of the largest and most popular UK networks, and for good reason.

You can enjoy UK based customer service, together with free extras including O2 Rewards, which rewards your loyalty by giving you up to 10% of your top-up back every 3 months.

Pay As You Go means no contract to worry about, and these 4G sims can be used in any mobile phone (including older 2G and 3G phones) as long as it's not locked to a different network.

All sim cards are triple cut to fit ANY mobile phone - sim size Standard (Mini), Micro or Nano.

Due to limited supplies, this item is not included in the "first sim free" promotion, but the price does include UK postage. Note that these sim cards may not work outside the UK.

02 Classic Sims

These sims are great for people who don’t really use internet and just want to make and receive calls. I’m glad that I was able to purchase two of these SIM cards from your website for two family members. I couldn’t fault the service from 1st Mobile. Excellent service.. Margaret

Really have no idea why the buyer has left a one star review. There was a message sent by the buyer a couple of weeks ago which ended up in our spam folder so wasn't seen, but we have spoken to the buyer several times in the last few days and he gave no indication whatsoever of any problem.

If we don't know what the problem is (or even if there is one), we can't fix it! As we have advised for many years now, communication is the key and unlike the major outlets we provide several means by which customers can contact us.

Product received not as described!

I bought a sim card with £10 supposedly loaded already. However, it turned out that there was no £10 included, which I had already paid for!! Poor service. If I had the option I would give a rating of 0 stars. Very annoyed!! 😠

None of this makes any sense, because we include full and clear instructions on how to activate the £10 top up on these sim cards. In fact we've recently updated the instructions for improved clarity. This requires customers to contact us and again, very clear instructions are provided.

We have had absolutely zero contact from this customer despite giving our email address on various documents with the order, including the instruction sheet to which the sim card is attached, the envelope it's sent in and other promotional and help and advice leaflets included with the order. We also have a contact form linked to every page of the website, a chat service and a phone number. Yet this customer - we don't know who it is as he's withheld his full name so it could be anybody - chooses to leave a poor review rather than contact us, which makes no sense whatsoever (we do check our spam folder recently but if you contact us with your order number as advised, your email will not go to spam).

Every customer can also contact us by directly replying to the order confirmation email or the order dispatch email. Few businesses offer so many contact options, in fact if you're lucky all you get these days from most businesses is an automated chat service so we're proud that as a family business we are able to uphold our values and provide multiple direct contact options.

UPDATE:
Customer now states that he had not read the instructions. Not much we can do in that case, as stated above we provide very clear and obvious instructions so we're now being blamed because the buyr didn't read them. We would have expected the customer to revise the feedback since this was entirely his own error, but sadly that's the world we now live in, quick to blame others when there's a problem but fail to acknowledge they got it wrong when that problem is entirely of their own making. Just treat us the way you expect to be treated, it's not too much to ask is it?
