That's exactly what the sim is intended for, not sure why it only warrants a 3 star review but that's fine, as long as you're happy with the item.

When you are telling people 'don't buy it', did you forget to mention that you live in Slovenia? The website and product description CLEARLY STATES the following information:

'Overseas buyers please note that these are UK sims on a UK network intended for use in the UK. Therefore these sim cards may not work outside the UK.'

The sim card works perfectly well, It doesn't work in Slovenia because it's a UK sim card, not a Slovenian one. The problem is with the buyer, not the product.

We can only provide the information, we can't force you to read it but if you purchase from outside the UK we therefore assume it's because you are visiting the UK and need a sim card when you visit. If I bought a sim card in Slovenia I would not expect it to work in the UK, so why are you buying a UK sim card when you live in Slovenia?

And if you wish to ask for help that's fine but at least have the basic decency to do so BEFORE you post your review.

That's your tracker, they are generally designed for specific types of data sims. These are not data sims. You should have contacted us for advice ahead of purchasing.

Really have no idea why the buyer has left a one star review. There was a message sent by the buyer a couple of weeks ago which ended up in our spam folder so wasn't seen, but we have spoken to the buyer several times in the last few days and he gave no indication whatsoever of any problem.

If we don't know what the problem is (or even if there is one), we can't fix it! As we have advised for many years now, communication is the key and unlike the major outlets we provide several means by which customers can contact us.

None of this makes any sense, because we include full and clear instructions on how to activate the £10 top up on these sim cards. In fact we've recently updated the instructions for improved clarity. This requires customers to contact us and again, very clear instructions are provided on how to obtain your top up.

UPDATE:
Customer now states that he had not read the instructions. Not much we can do in that case, as stated above we provide very clear and obvious instructions so we get the blame because the buyer didn't read them. We would have expected the customer to revise the feedback since this was entirely his own error, but sadly that's the world we now live in, quick to blame others when there's a problem but fail to acknowledge they got it wrong when that problem is entirely of their own making. Just treat us the way you expect to be treated, it's not too much to ask.

I'm sorry to hear that your item has not arrived but we spoke to you about this a few days ago and advised you to file a claim once you have allowed sufficient time, as required by Royal Mail, for the item to arrive.

Various tracked services were available to you but you opted for the free service. Obviously we have absolutely no control over delivery services and it's a well known fact that Royal Mail 'lose' over 10 million items each year. You are fully entitled to a refund or replacement if you wish to open a claim, but we expect customers to be reasonable and not penalise us for a service provided by a completely different company.

Update:
No claim was ever received by the buyer so we have to assume he received it after posting the review.
