Your payment is secure whether you choose PayPal or our own checkout option, provided by Shopify, and includes all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay. Your card details are not revealed to us at any point and payment protection comes as standard - all goods are sent via a Royal Mail tracked service, including our FREE economy delivery option, and if you don't receive your goods we don't get your payment.

Alternatively, if you have already ordered from us all you need to do is reply directly to your dispatch notification email. This has the added benefit of including your order number in the message title, which we will need in all correspondence, and all your order details.
