Absolutely. All payments are handled by a payment processor (such as PayPal) and at no time do we view or store your card details.

Additionally, further checks are made automatically to prevent fraud, so that for example if your card has been reported stolen it will automatically be rejected and reported if somebody tries to use it.

When you make a payment by card, your bank withdraws the funds from your account and places it into a holding account. It does not come directly to us immediately. This is to ensure that you have the funds available to pay for what you have ordered.

Your bank then notifies our payment processors, which effectively clears your payment and accepts your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email (note that it is important to provide a valid email address so that you can receive order related information such as your order confirmation and dispatch details). The order confirmation will include your order number, which you must include in all correspondence, and details of your order.

This procedure is all done automatically via the banking system, we have no part in this. If you do not receive an order confirmation within a few minutes then it is highly likely that your transaction has not gone through. There could be many reasons for this, but the most common is providing a different delivery address than the address your card is registered to.

We are not informed when a payment fails and no order is generated, so we can not help you with this and you will need to contact your bank for more details.. If you continue to have problem we suggest using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use, PayPal, you can use it as a guest and pay with your card in the same way.

Any funds that have been taken from your account will automatically be refunded to you within a short time. Your bank will provide details, we can not provide any information as the payment is never made to us if the transaction is not completed so we have no information to give you.


Yes, ALL our items include free Economy delivery in the UK. You can also choose from 1st Class Signed For or Next Day Special Delivery, by Royal Mail.

It depends on when you order. We aim to dispatch same working day (Monday to Friday) if your purchase is completed by 2 p.m. (depending on our workload), but it can take up to two hours to for your bank or card issuer to confirm payment so the 2 p.m. cut-off time is not set in stone and could be earlier or later. Please bear this in mind.

For the UK:

- Economy delivery aim is 3-5 working days.

- 1st Class Signed For is 1-3 working days.

- Special Delivery is next working day.


This can be anything from 5 to 30 working days on average depending on the country, and this can vary wildly and can take up to 90 days so please allow 36 working days for the EU as a minimum before placing an enquiry.

Generally we use Royal Mail for both UK and international deliveries, but from time to time we may switch to a different carrier, especially if your order weighs over 2kg.

Yes, we ship to all EU countries and most countries within Europe, with tracked, fully insured delivery available.

Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service at this time.
