Number provided but no data or text as advertised.

Number was provided as purchased but 10 pound credit that was linked to number was not present.
Once number was activated, no data or texting was available with it.

Sorry, your comment does not make any sense. The listing clearly states that top up is NOT included on the sim card and there is absolutely nothing within our description or images that suggests otherwise.

It is not standard practice for the networks to include airtime credit and our sim cards do not and never have included any airtime credit, text or data at any time, the one exception being the O2 Classic sim cards standard listing where you can purchase an O2 Classic sim card with or without credit, but that is a totally different product on a different listing.

There was nothing whatsoever on the listing that says credit, text or data was included on the sim card to the value of £10 or any other value and we honestly do not understand where you got the opposite impression from. Out of tens of thousands of sales we have never had another customer who believed there was any credit included. Sorry, but you are mistaken.

Disappointed 2 find after paying £20 4 a new sim I had 2 pay an extra £10 2 activate d sim card, but d sim bought a bundle, after transferring d number 2 my provider I lost £10.

You paid £20 - which included a 20% discount and tracked shipping - for a VIP GOLD NUMBER. You didn't have to pay us anything to activate the sim card, you paid £10 to the network to top up the sim card because like any other sim it won't work until you top it up. We do not sell top up credit, that is not part of the deal and it is clearly stated on the website that top up is not included.

We also include a wealth of information on the website and with your order including links to our web page advising you how to activate your sim card and how to transfer your number. That information again clearly states that you will need to top up your sim to activate it, and that if you transfer your number then you will lose the top up credit. That's absolutely nothing to do with us but is how the networks operate. For example, if you pay Vodafone for a £10 top up and then transfer the number to EE, they're not going to let you spend your £10 top up on EE when you've paid that £10 to Vodafone.

What you should have done is either transfer the number BEFORE you topped up, or used the £10 top up THEN transferred the number. Had you followed the comprehensive advice we provide you would have known this. We can only provide the advice, we can't force you to follow it. You could have opted to contact us for advice at any time but we've had no contact from you.

Good service & communication, fast delivery, well packed.

Highly recommend, however just one point for awareness: some of the sim cards have a short "activate by" date, so please take note if you are thinking about buying one but not using it straight away.

Other than that, great value for the choice of numbers and easy to activate and set-up with any smart 'phone which is un-locked.

Thank you for your review, that's very kind of you. I do note that one of the sim cards you purchased had a short expiry date and we do usually place a warning label on the pack when there is less than three months expiry date. Note that most networks do allow you to activate the sim up for several weeks after the expiry date, although this is not set in stone and can vary. The vast majority of our numbers are sold well before the expiry date and are withdrawn if that date is very close.
