We know it isn't much, we're a small family business with limited resources, but we would like to offer free Next Day delivery for all purchases made on this site to all permanent NHS staff.
All we need is a photocopy of your NHS ID for verification purposes. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
Forward your ID to enquiries@1stmobile.co.uk with the email header "NHS OFFER". We will not retain the copy and it will only be used to verify your entitlement to the offer.
Sim card and small items (e.g. phone cables) will be sent via First Class post and larger items (parcel size) will be sent by Special Delivery or similar alternative service instead of our free Economy service.
Depending on the limitations of the carrier service we can not guarantee delivery will take place on the next day. Does not include bank holidays or weekends.
