However, we need to take a short break due to office refurbishment and security upgrades. We will therefore be closed on the following dates, inclusive:

1st to 12th September 2023

During this period please be aware of the following:

  • We will not be able to process and dispatch orders
  • We will not be able to accept and process returns and refunds
  • We will not be able to respond to emails, messages or any other communications.

Please do not send or leave repeated messages, it will not get you a reply any sooner and in fact will have the opposite effect as the more messages we have, the longer it will take to get through them and the longer it will be before you get a reply. 

  • We will reply to every message that requires a response within 2 working days from 12th September. 
  • You can order as usual (give yourself a 10% discount on most items by using the discount code TEN at the checkout). but orders will not be dispatched between 1st and 10th September regardless of which delivery service is chosen. 
  • We can not take in returns during this period and we would ask you to hold any items for return until after the 10th of September. It is important to understand this as items returned during this period will be automatically sent back to you undelivered. We will extend our return period for all items purchased between 30 August and 10th September until 10th October.

Alternatively, if you have already ordered from us all you need to do is reply directly to your dispatch notification email. This has the added benefit of including your order number in the message title, which we will need in all correspondence, and all your order details. 

Your messages are very important to us and we aim to respond within 1-2 working days at the latest, but please allow a little extra time at busy periods such as sale times, weekends and bank holidays.
